Reviews
My wife and I ate here over the weekend. It was our first time, but we would love to come back. The food was really wonderful. The effort given throughout the meal preparation is fantastic. The quality of meats, baked goods, and side dishes was out of this world. I was especially happy and surprised by the quality of coffee. Absolutely wonderful and from a local coffee supplier. The staff was well trained and attentive. The dining area was very clean. There was another guest at a nearby table that seemed to have numerous health concerns and I saw a server being very attentive and helpful to them. My only negative is that the parking lot is pretty tight. Keep up the good work LBC!
Delicious food, great service, great atmosphere! They even have outdoor seating. I don’t like beer, but I tried a shandy and it was delicious! Parking is limited in the parking lot, but there is street parking available as well.
Chose to come here since a friend was in town for the holiday weekend. Will not return. Started with the crab dip which contained so much butter we were spooning it off. We waited over 25 minutes for our entrees. Had a lame excuse from the server about a large party. Otherwise, the main dining area was not busy at all.
I ordered the crab cake sandwich.... This was, by far, the worst crabcake I've had in a while. So much filler! Husband ordered a burger, which was fine. Friend ordered the sausage burger, which he said tasted like a maple breakfast sausage. The fries were good, hot and crispy!
Beer is good!
Unfortunately, as foodies, this place will not be on our return list.
My husband and I visited this restaurant on an overnight stay in the area. We mostly went for the large beer selection, but the food choices sounded good as well. We got the 12 option beer flight for $20. They had a list of probably 20 beer to choose from and there was a big variety of flavors and styles. The price for the flight was really reasonable and a lot of the ones we chose were very good.
My husband ordered the meatloaf and he said is was pretty good. I ordered the steak salad. I liked the addition of the French fries which gave a good flavor. The steak was cooked exactly as I like it, but it didn't have a ton of flavor. Overall it was a good salad. We ordered the chocolate lava cake for dessert and that was VERY good! It was warm and gooey and the perfect ending to the meal.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, the food came quickly, and everything was good. The restaurant itself is very cool inside and outside. It definitely filled up inside while we were there so I think it's a local hangout spot. We had a great experience!
A great place to be. Wonderful atmosphere, the seating and views are definitely worth the visit. Food, drinks, and dessert are so good! Our waiter hunter was on point with drinks and food delivery.
See pics for reference. I will definitely return.
Pretty nice spot with reasonably priced food. Definitely a bar atmosphere inside, but I'd say the food was better than a lot of similar places. The staff were friendly and the service was decently quick for how busy it was. The only negative is how small the parking lot is, but that's to be expected at a place downtown.
If your ever un the Lancaster area make sure to visit this place. The food is really good and the drinks are phenomenal. Love that I can bring back some of their draft beers back to Indiana with me.
My husband and I and 2 friends went for lunch. Ordered the pretzel with beer cheese for appetizer. Main orders:
* Hawaii 5-0: flat bread pizza w Ham Bacon and pineapple.
* Chicken and spicy mango sauce sandwich with chips.
* Pulled pork sandwich with chips.
* Burger -meister: ground kielbasa with caramelized onions, cheese on a pretzel bun with fries.
I had a double chocolate stoudt beer and my husband had a hophog beer.
Service was great.
Restaurant is in an old tobacco factory.
